We’ll spend five days together in South Tyrol: top-tier wineries, premium tastings, and hiking in the UNESCO-listed Dolomites.

Alto Adige is a rare region where the Alps and vineyards meet at the same altitude, and the wines gain a fresh mountain character. WineAlps is about the best Alto Adige wines, the nature of the UNESCO-listed Dolomites, gastronomy, and a light adventure, without the rush or crowds.
You’ll be joined by two wine experts throughout the route: Mikhail and Tati. We designed the program so that each day reveals a new layer of the region: family estates, cooperatives, biodynamics, the urban history of Bolzano, and that must-do day in the Dolomites.
Program highlights:
• 3 winery visits with tastings at top-level estates
• A special tasting of premium Alto Adige wines (a carefully curated lineup)
• Light hiking in the Dolomites: easy, beautiful, with a break for an aperitivo with an amazing view
• A guided tour of Bolzano with a professional guide, plus a visit to one of the castles
• One active day (weather-dependent): rafting in the Fiemme Valley or an e-bike tour through the vineyards
• A fine-dining dinner at one of the region’s top restaurants

Program
Day 1
Airport selection for all participants, airport pick-up, hotel check-in, and a group dinner.
Day 2
A visit to a family-run winery with a century-long history. The program includes a wine tasting, lunch, a walk through the vineyards, and an easy hike.
In the evening, we have a special tasting planned: a carefully curated selection of premium Alto Adige wines in a wide range of styles.
Day 3
A guided tour with a professional guide in Bolzano, the region’s capital, exploring the province’s history, followed by lunch and a visit to the most important cooperative winery with a tasting.
Day 4
Nature and the DOLOMITES!
Dinner at a fine-dining restaurant!
Being in Alto Adige and not visiting the UNESCO-protected mountains and the magical lakes would be a huge mistake.

Day 5
Rafting or an e-bike tour, plus a winery visit.
Lunch, then a visit to a biodynamic estate working according to biodynamic principles.
Depending on the weather afting on the river in the Fiemme Valley or an e-bike ride through the vineyards and along the old railway line.
