How do you spend a crisp January evening in a way you will remember for a long time?

Join us at the cozy, family owned Zambartas Winery, which will be closed for the evening exclusively for our group.

This is an intimate event with a maximum of 20 guests, so everyone feels comfortable, has time to ask questions, and can enjoy relaxed conversation without any rush.

What to expect

• A tasting of characterful red wines from different countries: plenty of aromas, style comparisons, and clear, easy-to-follow explanations
• Classic cheese fondue, the perfect pairing for a winter evening and red wine
• A warm wine salon by the fireplace with Marcos and Tati: we will talk about grape varieties and terroirs, why some wines feel soft and round while others are structured and spicy, how to read a wine in the glass, and what really goes into a winemaker’s work. Plus stories from life at the winery: honest, lively, and sometimes very funny

This is a rare chance to spend an evening in a beautiful mountain setting, meet and talk with a winemaker, ask anything you have ever wanted to know, and leave not only with a lovely aftertaste, but also with a deeper understanding of wine.

Each guest will be welcomed with a mulled-wine aperitif.
